Once payment has been received the following will occur; Qualified staff will contact your premises and discuss specific requirements of the licensed premises; An initial draft of the RAMP (in pdf format) will be e-mailed for comment; Once comments have been received back the first full draft will be sent for approval (in pdf format) Once approved is given a final RAMP document (in pdf format) will the sent electronically; A bound full colour hard copy version of the RAMP will be then forwarded by mail, along with the appropriate signage for the venue; Notice to patrons. A commitment from BARS Training Australia to make any necessary changes to the document free of charge should this be necessary due to license changes.
